Helping more patients

Research

By 2050, half of us will need eye care. Your support funds translational research, taking discoveries from the bench to the bedside to improve diagnosis, treatment, and clinical practice for SEH patients.

Technology

Most vision loss is preventable or treatable — but only with timely care. That’s why the Foundation funds critical equipment and technology helping clinicians diagnose earlier and improve patient access to specialist eye care.

Training

SEH is a training centre for ophthalmology specialists. Access to care depends on highly trained clinicians. By funding training and fellowships, the Foundation helps expand expertise—supporting the Hospital's delivery of specialist care.
